Proceedings of ISVHECRI 2016

 The Proceedings of ISVHECRI 2016 will be published in the European Physics Journal (EPJ) (www.epj-conferences.org). 

 In preparing your papers we ask the authors to follow the guidelines provided by EPJ in the instructions for authors using the LaTeX2e two column variant. So, please, use the following document class  \documentclass[epj,twocolumn]{webofc} in your Latex files.

 Due to publishing costs and the number of papers presented at the Symposium we have agreed to limit the size of contributions as follows: 

  • Oral contributed papers - 6 pages
  • Posters - 4 pages
  • Invited talks >= 30 minutes - 8 pages

 The authors are kindly requested to submit their contributions and their completed License Agreement as required by EPJ Web of Conferences by 30 October 2016 to Bryan.Pattison@cern.ch with sending a copy to asborisov55@mail.ru

√     deadline for online early registration fee payment (400 €)               –   12 August 2016

Information letter

Dear participants of the 19th ISVHECRI, 

We would like to inform you that:

  • We have started the reception of the registration fees. You can find in your private cabinet http://isvhecri-2016.lebedev.ru/en/login/input.php  the link for online payment of registration fee by credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or you have any question according to your payment, please contact with our travel partner STRADO LLC (see the contacts).
  •  Our travel partner will be pleased to book a hotel for you at special rates:
            Korston hotel**** (at walking distance, ~ 20 min. far from the LPI, google map) – 7500 RUB (~107 EURO)/night
            Sputnik hotel***   (at walking distance, ~ 15 min. far from the LPI, google map) – 2450 RUB (~35 EURO)/night for weekend
                                          and 3050 RUB (~44 EURO) for weekday.
            All rates are indicated per room per night and include breakfast.
 
   If you would like to stay in any other hotel, the travel partner could help you also.
   Please, be aware that to get to the Symposium site from other hotels, you will need to take a taxi/bus or to use the  
   underground.
  •   Our travel partner will send you an information about social program for accompanying persons and participants till the end of this week.
